concept: there’s not much plot, but it’s about these little vignettes about the people of run-down Montery, CA- a short time after the depression. i shot the photos and the dirty hands are supposed to be abstract enough to convey any of the numerous “main characters,” who are worn-out, hard workers. the title was inspired by depression-era signage. 

…also- i thought the constant stomach pain was hunger/stress, but i just ate a whole pot of mac and cheese and am in between projects in every class and i still have it :/
